Title: Perthshire Faceted Black with Floral Bouquet Paperweight ID

Was was hoping for some help with information on this weight, such as year produced, quantity made out of planned if applicable, and a name if there is one. We have had this for a few weeks and I can not seem to locate it. I have none of the books on Perthshire.
