Title: Czech / Bohemian Art Glass -- WELZ, I believe

Hi:

Could not remember IF I had posted this or not ( old age...LOL ) and I guess not.  I found this before Xmas at a Trade show and I thought it was like a "Ray of Sunshine ".  I was feeling under the weather and when I saw this -- it was a joy of sunshine.  Any additional info is always welcome.
