Can anyone id the manufacturer of this Polish glass please

hello and welcome. :)
I'm afraid your pic is really hard to make anything of, but I do have a suspicion.
What makes you think it is Polish?
Some years ago, I bought something very like this from TKMaxx, a Polish glass sort of starfish, made by Sabina. Mine was amber, not blue, but it did have a texture to the colour inside like this does.

ok i got better pictures, there are 2 slightly different size and design, they had a paper label saying made in Poland both are the same colour one looks much darker due to flash

:)
I do strongly suspect Sabina. I didn't get far with their home page, but I have found things on ebay.
It would appear that Sabina have been making stuff for Waterford recently, and i did find an amber starfish-y thing very like yours, with Sabina label on, exactly like the piece I had.
They were made in different shapes - my brother had one which sat on a large glass ball, mine did not have the clear round section in the middle that yours do.
Have a peek at this.

Have a search for "Sabina glass starfish" and see what you manage to come up with and see if you're happy with this attribution.

Hi the sabina link is interesting though the finish is very different to the ones on ebay, the lowerhalf is iridescent and almost opaque and reflects the light back through the upper surface
