I am not having any luck identifying the glass artist, despite having a signature!  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You are awesome!  I found a comparable piece by Horia Puscariu and the signature is identical.  Thanks so much!

There was an earlier post on the GMB showing two items from this same maker, but which were never positively identified (see link below). I've noted on that thread the connection with this query and its solution. Thanks all.
