I purchased this from an antiques centre a couple of days back for £1 which is cheap but I saw it the day before and didn't buy it at first but went back the day after and it was still for sale I wondered if it looked similar to some powell glass pendant shades in shape sadly I tried doing research on whitefriars.com but I cant seem to get the site to work well if at all so thought there maybe whitefriars buffs here too. Thank you for looking and any ideas it looks sea green to me also.
dimensions 16cm tall 4" opening.

How is the rim finished?

:)
Hi John,
This is difficult to explain.
The rim is heat treated I think might be the right terminology yet you can see cutting marks they have been smoothed yet not very uniform all the way around it seems nicely made. It is not roughly cut and ground I mean bit more finesse about it I guess. Thank you for looking and the reply john.
I have seen another similar on etsy since listing on here described as powell but nothing very detailed my computer doesn't seem to get on with whitefriars.com for some reason wont open things...
I will try and get a picture in the daylight
