Title: Fenton hand painted lidded pot - illegible decorator's signature
Post by: Anne E.B. on April 12, 2017, 08:08:54 PM
Any help deciphering this signature would be much appreciated.  I've checked on a website which gives a list of Fenton decorators/signatures, but can't find a match.
Does it ring a bell with anyone please?   There is a raised Fenton logo on the base which I believe would date it from 1973, which might narrow it down a little.
Many thanks :)

An image of the piece for reference.

The signature appears to me as "D. Gore" and I was also unable to locate anything similar on the known Fenton decorator's lists.
Possibly painted by someone after it was purchased.....
