Hi, looking for a manufacturer for this beautifully engraved goblet.  For the gardeners among you is the flower an hibiscus?

I can't actually make the flower out, but the leaves and tendrills look like bindweed.
Hibiscus is Mallow, isn't it? It doesn't have little tendrils.

Ive started collecting Victorian wine glasses, but they have to be over 6 inches tall, mine date from 1860 to 80 about 12 are dated, in my opinion glass cutting engraving and blowing at it's best, they  look great all displayed together and the work for the price i'm paying is stupid, i have 64 so far all different patterns and cutting some dated and impossible i would think to pin down a maker.

Very nice glass by the way and i would not part with it.
