Title: Controlled bubble teardrop vase.
Post by: Anne E.B. on April 21, 2017, 03:53:27 PM
Haven't seen one of these before with controlled bubbles. These are not spiral but in horizontal rows.  Flat polished rim and base. 10" high.
Any ideas please?
TIA :)

:) Is the top rim flat or on a slope?
Strathearn made clear teardrops, with very deep bases like this, they tend to have sloped rims though.
I don't know if they blubbed their tears or not. ;D

The top rim is flat so I guess Strathearn is out.  :'( :'( :'(
My first thought was Scandinavian but web searches haven't found a match although  I've still got some books to look through.  In the meantime I really must stop buying glass that is unmarked/unsigned/un-labelled ::)
