Title: Isle of Wight ish

Hello.
Purchase a tray of mainly Perthshire weights but had a few others mixed in.this one has me stumped although it has an Isle of Wight ish look or at least a Harris influence.around 3" with a neatly snapped pontil.any ideas would be much appreciated.

 :)I don't think it's IoWSG. If it was, it would be fairly early, and the white blobs, the millifiori and foil wouldn't be in an early Aurene-like weight.
But pwts are not my thing. ;D
