Title: Green glass pot with chrome lid
Post by: Ben.unwin on May 03, 2017, 04:07:06 PM
Can anyone give me any pointers with this one?
Measures 4" in height (without lid) 7" in diameter.
You can see through the glass in places and on the other side its solid green.
The chrome lid has a flower encased in plastic.
I though American at first but my searches are coming up blank!
Any help appreciated  ;D

Can't help with the glass but it looks like the lid came from the same place as this  ::) ;D

Is the glass uranium? I think this opaque green is sometimes called Jadite.
I agree with Keith. The lid is a forced, but quite content, marriage. :)

Don't know. Never manged to find out who made mine http://lustrousstone.co.uk/cpg/displayimage.php?pid=2083

The lid may not be marriage; it's quite big for one of those lids

But the lid looks too big for the vase.  ;)
