Title: Uranium pressed glass goblet

This glowed from across the fleamarket 8)
Yellowish green Uranium glass, sides with "panels and circles" decoration.
Stands appr. 11 cm tall.
Is it possible to say when / where it was produced?
I have looked through Pamela's site, also browsed a few Musterbücher, but wasn't able to ID it...

My guess would be Bohemia and 1860s or thereabouts. It looks reasonably early for uranium glass

Don't take it as gospel, but it looks Biedermeier style and quite crude

Also another possible maybe - have you checked the Launay Hautin Catalogues 1840-1841 on Pamela's website?

And also Pressglas Korrespondenz - the foot of that looks familiar (memory fails me but I think seen similar on a goblet with stem type thing - but cannot remember details)

Also check Russian as there was a maker Feodorov? who made goblets in this style - as did Baccarat and St louis (see LH catalogues) but I don't know how the foot compares.

I have also seen a lidded bowl from Schreiber und Neffen with a similar foot and stem design.
However, they may be too late for this piece if it is 1840s.

Sorry for the delayed reply, I have been on holiday :)

I have looked through the linked pattern books, and searched for the makers you suggested, but no real match so far.

The Russian maker you mentioned (Fedorovsk Brothers) seems to have produced pieces in a similar style (and Uranium colour):

as far as I have read copying a French design in this case.

So French and 19th century would be possible I guess; and Christine's age estimation seems good (but that's what I thought anyway :D ).
