I've got a funny feeling this might not be "Seaward" as such, but a (so far) unseen variation on the very early swirls "range". Pink and blue is known, pink and clear is known, and blue and white are known as are blue and clear.
I've not seen a blue and green swirls. I think this might be one, but best wait until we have some other opinions.
Seaward has silver chloride in it, the green comes from the silver going amber under the blue and it often has big bubbles.
Swirls tends to have the odd elongated bubble, as your vase does.

I don't see a 'swirls', well not green and blue.
Do you think that I should get in touch with the bidder and give them a chance to withdraw their bid?

There are a few bits of Pink and Blue Swirls under the sold listings in ebay, and this is an image John took of a bundle of attenuated bottles in the Swirl designs, a Tortoiseshell on and the shortest, dark one is my Seaward one (or it's John's one.)

There are images under "sold" Isle of Wight Pink and Blue swirls on that well-known auction site.
I don't know what to do about your listing, but if the identity is wrong, which we still need to determine (I want John's opinion, he's much more interested in this pattern than I am), you can take it down.
I still think it's an incredibly unusual early piece though. It might well be scarcer than Seaward.

Having looked at the pink variety of swirls, Sue, I think you are spot on!
Should have looked at pink!
The bidder is happy to let their bid stand, but that doesn't alter the fact that my description is now more than possibly false.
Should I revise, or re-list? ??? Hmmmmmm 8)

Whilst I know that the label is said to be from later, I also know that it has been found on earlier pieces too.
I will contact the current bidder and hope that John can be of some help ???

The label is later, but any "earlier than the label" pieces would not have one, unless they'd been put away for a while before reintroducing to sell via the collector's club as vintage pieces. Those would have labels contemporary with the current system in place.
I've never ever seen Seaward with a black triangular label, but I do have 2 very early strapped Aurene style pieces, with enamels from Mdina in them, with gold square stickers on. They both have flame pontil marks and have also had "IoW glass england" written around the flame mark.
I believe the writing and the gold sticker both indicate that it was an early piece, brought out from the stores.
I wouldn't worry about it too much just now. :) Your bidder is happy, presumably they do know it's not Seaward. Fix it when we have a better idea of what it is.
