Title: Acid Etched Horizontal Scooped Sommerso Vase I.d

Hello out there, a pretty vase, with frosted appearance, acid etched I think, with scooped out sections, and sommerso you can make out in base, Im sure I have seen one before, any idea as to vho made it, I think very Italian. Measures approx 20cm tall and about 3cm on base. Thanks for ideas  SIMON   :)

The grooves will have been ground - cold working it is called.  I would suspect Scandi or perhaps Polish origins.
