Title: French or Bohemian? Art Deco Amber Cologne Bottle w/ Amethyst Stopper

Trying to determine country of origin this cologne bottle.
It measures approx. 4-1/4 inches tall and 3-3/4 inches diameter.
Stopper and underside of body have a matching hand etched number.
