Title: identification of unknown vase

Hello,  has anybody seen this vase before ??  It is very big and heavy. The height is 46 cm and the diameter is 26 cm. Some people say its from "Borske Sklo" , but I haven't got the faintest clue. Who can help ??  Grtz , Theike
