Title: Avocado Glass Decanter -- Blenko or not ??? Rainbow ??

Hi Gang:

I think this might be blenko ( or Rainbow or ..... ?? ) but I am not sure as the Blenko ones I seen are flat where the stopper and decanter meet.  This one has more of an upward flair there.  So not sure.  Pretty color....screams 1970's to me.  Thanks in advance.
