Anyone know who the maker is of this millefiori?

49 views and we are all stumped!
I would have thought that canes like those would be quite easily recognised. I wonder if the white "rib-like" cane is intended to be a fern leaf. And possibly the paw print cane is of a cat of some sort.

Exactly Kevin - some nice canes. My thought is that it is less than 30 years old. Mike Hunter suggested on a Facebook group that it might be Martie Negri. I have sent her an email but no response as yet.

Hi Andy, I believe this is by Martie Negri. The person who bought the dish paperweight got a bargain. Her pieces normally sell in the thousands of dollars.
You can check out her gallery at: http://mostlyglass.com/Html/Artists/negri/Negri_main_page.htm (http://mostlyglass.com/Html/Artists/negri/Negri_main_page.htm)
or her personal web page at: http://www.martienegri.com/ (http://www.martienegri.com/) - you might want to focus on her Bloomsbury series http://www.martienegri.com/portfolio/bloomsbury-series/ (http://www.martienegri.com/portfolio/bloomsbury-series/)
Quite talented.

Interestingly, I was looking at this weight... I don't collect weights... (I just have about 40 - 50 that have accumulated, as they do!) but the bear paw and stick man canes were interesting... as you say, Allan, they got a bargain!! :)
