Does anyone recognize this artist's signature?

Welcome to the message board.

Your vase is signed Strombergshyttan, a Swedish company, from memory I think the B denotes a vase,  916 will be a pattern number.

can confirm John is correct with the -  B = vase coding.           Looking at the Vigier & Pina book, it is just possible that this nine hundred series number may indicate a production date rather than a pattern No. ..................   certainly the No. 972, for example, appears to be quoted as being a No. occurring within 1959/60.           Apparently this company's coding is quite complex at times.
So really not sure.

It is a pattern number Paul (clearly stated within that book), that table just gives the dates some of them were used. Nothing like as complicated as the Orrefor and Kosta pattern numbers...

Just a small footnote.  Your glassworks closed in 1976 and used the names Stromberg and Strombergshyttan,  In the early 80s a startup in the same town was Studioglas Strömbergshyttan - not the same company as yours.   I have a number of Stromberg items and am always happy to fined another.
