8 inches tall, heavy and very 'Scandi' looking ;D ;D
-
I'd never, in a month of blue moons, have imagined that was RB.
Scandi perhaps, something really unusual and Czech, perhaps, but never, ever RB. ;D
-
Me too, wonder who the designer was ? ??? ;D
-
:-[
I was thinking somebody very Urban. I'll get my coat.
-
You've lost me there ??? maybe it's the weather, I'm far too warm ! ;D ;D
-
Is Urban not the name of a prestigeous Czech designer?
-
With you now ::) ;D ;D
-
Yes he was Sue, Vladislav Urban, designed for Rosice and possibly others... example of his fab blue jardiniere shown here: https://markhillpublishing.com/czech-glass-basics/ (I want one of those!)
-
:-[
Jokes fall a bit flat when they have to be explained, don't they?
You can have the blue vase Anne, I want the Svarc. ;D
-
Sure do Sue! That Josef Svarc vase is fab too, but the blue just does it for me.
-
Sorry Sue, look what I've got.... ::)
-
Keith, I never doubted you for a moment. 8) 8) 8)
Anne, if I find a blue one like that, it's yours. :-*
-
Keith I don't like it in clear, it has to be blue! ;D I have one of the Rosice bowls in a different green though.
Sue, thank you, please keep your eyes open and let me know if you see one. :-*
-
I will. And I won't forget. It's a strange sort of blue and it tends to jump out at me. :)
