Title: Help to ID thid old millefiori glass paperweight

Help please to ID this old millefiori glass paperweight.

I thought it may be old English but really not sure. The outer canes have been pulled towards the middle of the base.
Looking at the base it may have been polished. The base has been polished flat.

Weight 468gm.
Diameter 3"
Height 2"

Hi Roy.  I have seen some of those canes (next to outer row, for instance) in paperweights discussed on one of the boards some time ago.  I think the conclusion was unknown maker, maybe English....
