Title: Not sure what make this is ?

Hi

Just got this today but unsure who made it as I can't seem to find a facet paperweight with such tiny canes and a rose in the middle.

Hope someone can enlighten me - looks like something 197... on one of the canes. I've tried to get a close up - but not sure

Looks like a Whitefriars monk cane.  :)

That's great - thank you Greg !!  I thought it might be but didn't want to list it and get it wrong - I'm so worried about fakes lol !
