Glass bag possibly Murano but cannot one one like it other than fish bags but this is not one. Cannot find the signature either.

Welcome to the board. I suggest it is not Murano, rather a studio artist, from the base finish, and that the numbers are the date, 3 August 2016.  What are the initials please?

what comes after 16? there should be some more numbers.
I would expect 38-16-??-??

Hi it is 38-16-18 I had not realised as had to alter photo to post that it had taken last 2 digits off.
