Title: Odd looking Paperweight, China or nearer home ?

3 inches across, 1.5 tall, some wear to the rim, page 379 of 20th Century B. Glass has some 'similar' weights, help please  ??? ;D

Well, it is not Chinese.  But it could have been made anywhere.
