Title: Uranium striped vase thought's, Powell Walsh?

Not found by myself today but pointed out by a friend, in poor shape and took 2 hours to clean, after all that effort i have had a good look but cannot find a maker, any thoughts welcome.

Really tricky for my camera to get the shape correct as the base is much wider than the rim, a really weird shape for a vase i would have thought.
it measures 3 1/2 inches in height, 5 1/2 inches across the rim and 7 inches across the base.

Any thought's welcome regards Chris.

Could be, there is a perfectctly circular 1 inch wear mark or tool mark in the middle of the inner surface.
