Title: Very heavy pink/ clear hot worked vase - PR engraved on base

I'd appreciate if anyone could help me identify this lovely big lump of glass.

It certainly has the feel of a quality piece of work and has PR engraved on the base

Height 17cm
Width 16cm
Weight 3.85kg

Any ideas?
