Hi

Could anyone please give me an estimated value for this paperweight

Baccarat 1991 Millefiori Pedestal paperweight

Collector's notes say something like:
"This large, beautiful piece contains a mass of complex canes along with the zodiac silhouette cane and the initial year cane. The outer cane is drawn at the base of the weight and set on a clear pedestal with star-cut pattern on base."

Hi paperweightsale, welcome to the Board; and sorry for not responding when you first posted.

Unfortunately very few Board members comment on values (market, insurance or whatever) since prices at any given time are often heavily dependent on too many factors. Also, for modern Baccarat weights, there seems to be little movement in the secondary marketplace and therefore it is hard to determine how values are generally perceived by dealers and collectors.

And it is getting harder to find information on the internet about quality items such as Baccarat weights, since so many sites require a login to view them.

And the problem of having to Sign Up also applies to Facebook. I am not a member of Facebook and therefore cannot see your images.
