I hope someone can assist me in identifying if this vase is Murano. Or any information at all really. Thank you

Perhaps I'm drawing a longer bow in this case. The one shown below lacks the red or crimson throat of both of yours and my other one, but there is something about the split top and frenzied external trailed decoration that suggests a relationship here.
