Can anyone help with this piece?
Signed twice on the base but can't decipher them!

Does the one say M.Andrews, Martin ? the other Peter something ?

Looks like M Andrews and Peter Layton. 

Can't recall if Martin Andrews worked at London Glassblowing with Peter Layton, however, could be a good place to start.  :)

Ah, yes! It seems so obvious now!!
What does it mean when there are 2 signatures on the one piece?
Did they both make it together or did one advise the other?
