Title: Streaky purple charger

Can anyone point me in the right direction with this one?
It's not signed but feels quite nice to hold, reminded me of IOW but nothing has turned up for me  ??? ???

Added some more photos for you, quite a low profile and measures 26.5 in diameter  :)
