Could anyone I.D this flask please?
Does anyone know of something that would get rid of the strong smell of perfume. I've washed it several times in hot water with plenty of Fairy Liquid but the smell comes back seemingly just as strongly, even with the stopper in I can still detect it. It's one of those smells that blocks my sinuses as soon as I get near it.
It measures roughly 4.5 inches across and 5.5 inches high.
Thanks for any suggestions particularly with the scent removal.

That's lovely! And not a piece I recognise but I'll have a rummage through my references and see what I can find.
Meanwhile, for the smell, this page suggests 4 things: you've tried no. 1, so nos. 2 and 3 might be worth trying but make sure the water isn't too hot or your decanter might crack with thermal shock. I would not recommend trying no. 4 though! https://www.wikihow.com/Get-the-Smell-of-Perfume-out-of-a-Glass-Decanter

Thanks Anne, no. 2 did the trick using salt.
Since I had a vase crack when I put it in hot water I've always been very careful. I washed the flask in warm soapy water first, then added hotter water before trying again, raising the temperature of the glass in easy stages.
