Title: Another Scottish One?

Hi all,
Do I have another Strathearn?
This one has a glow under blacklight, which I am presuming is the manganese content.
Any help with ID gratefully received.

Yes ... Scottish; yes ... manganese green glow. Fire polished base ... Strathearn, rather than Vasart Ltd.
