Hi - that makes two of us then  -  unfortunately, there are zillions of these things.          I've tried both Ivo Haanstra's booklet and Leslie Jackson's 'Factory Glass'  -  such backstamps aren't always a pointer to the manufacturer  -  possibly a retailer.               Not that I think it will help remotely, but is this pressed or cut  -  and you might show a picture of the whole piece please.         These things often have a wire insert I seem to remember.
Just for reference, such marks - when seen on glass -  are referred to usually as a 'backstamp', rather than a hallmark, which is a description reserved for assayed precious metals. ;D
