Title: Green waterlily uranium glass vase.
Post by: brucebanner on January 22, 2018, 09:53:16 PM
Really well made vase this one and has a Webbs look to it, as usual not signed and has been saved from the bin with an old repair to the foot neck, the foot looks like it has been off at some point, glows bright under UV.

10 inches in height, 4 inches across the rim and 4 1/2 inches across the base.

Impossible to take a good enough picture of the base which has a polished pontil

Any thought's welcome regards Chris.

looks like the Walsh 'Water lily, Iris and Bulrush' pattern to me Chris  - very good find  -  could very well be marked, but not an easy backstamp to find.

Yes Paul looks like your right, thank's for that, no marks on it though, looks like it was made in several sizes, purple yellow and blue.

As Paul says difficult to see, check the edge of the foot, usually where it's most worn, the last piece I found all that was left was a faded ..LSH, Great find  ;D
