Multicoloured murrines! Is this paperweight special and if so what might its approx value be? Thanks group. ???
Height: 1.75"
Diameter: 4.5"
878g or 1lbs 15oz

It does look like it is something good, but I'm afraid we do not get involved with valuations here. They are far too contentious.
Something is worth what somebody else is willing to pay for it, in that place, at that time.
Your best bet for a ball park figure is to first find out what it is, then do your own search of sold auctions to find out what similar items have sold for before.

I have an offer for $120 ??? but it seems so unique? Is its flat nature a type of weight i can look up? Its almost flattened and not round like most? If there are searchable terms you might suggest for me to evaluate it then that would be wonderful. ;)

It might be called a disc shaped weight. But they are a common shape, made by many different makers everywhere. I'm afraid weights are not really my area, but there are plenty of others here who are much more knowledgable than I am. Have a little patience, the right person should come along eventually and see it. :)

Hi. It really is nothing special. If someone offered me $12 I would be happy. At $120 I would rip their arm off!

This was made by Wes Hunting. Here is a similar one I sold a few weeks back.

He is not any "unknown" artist, there is an image of a vase he made in '85 featured on page 10 of Judith Miller's "20th Century Glass". (with rather a large estimated price tag :) )
It also features on the inside fly cover.
