Title: Churchill goblet signed W H Cooke help please.

Thought this would be really easy, i'm guessing could be Stourbridge glass.

Really well made and measures 7 1/2 inches in height, inscribed around the rim "The great British statesman Sir Winston Churchill"

Any thought's welcome regards Chris.
