Title: Blue ribbed cylinder vase, Czech,Scandinavian or other ?

Hi,
Any ideas about this one?

It’s just over 1kg in weight and 20.5cm high.

Ribbed exterior, reverse ribbed interior.
Clear glass base.
Quite a bit of base wear.
Polished rim.

Any help in identifying it appreciated  - thanks for looking  :)
