Title: Large engraved crystal centre piece bowl any idea?

I have this large crystal engraved center piece fruit bowl which we purchased from and elderly lady some years ago sadly she didnt remember where she purchased it from at the time, It is a wonderful finely engraved piece 16.5" in diameter and has a kind of unusual star cut base. and a neatly polished pontil scar. The engraving is lovely i have put it in English section but this is just a hunch hope somebody may recognize the workmanship with a bit of luck...
The base has a nice ring of wear right on the rim.
