Title: Smokey Blue Squat Vase ID Help Please

I am kicking myself and blaming ageing! I should know this, I do know this, but I can't dig it from the depths of my brain. So frustrating!  :'( I've searched the board, but having no luck.
So any help appreciated.
110mm high
140mm diameter
Quite heavy too, for its size.

hi Della  -  looks to be a tad too squat/low for Baxter's design  -  and the neck/opening appears wrong for Wedgwood  -  I have a vague feeling I'd seen something from LSA, possibly similar in shape?               Am sure someone can help you.
