Hi can someone tell me if this is moser or Val st lambert. Thick amber flashing intilago deep cut perfect wheel cutting no over cutting best I have seen for a long time. Scalloped rim polished. Thick crystal hand blow vase as can see tooling marks. Based is heavily worn so any marks would be rubbed out. Design I think is wheat. Any help most welcome.
