I really feel like this should be a piece of cake but checking several marks databases and a Google search came up with nothing. Anyone recognize this swan/goose acid-etched mark? Thanks for any help!

Swarovski crystal.....

Swarovski crystal.....
Yep that's it. Thanks! As widespread as they are, I don't understand that mark not being easier to find.

I'm being nosey, and have noticed this has been put in Bohemian glass.
Is this correct?
I had always just assumed Swarovski was American.

Apparently they are/were Austrian. Just learned that today myself. I think I recall their items (or similar style) being around a lot here in the States especially in the 80's.

Swarovski is based in Austria, but has sales outlets everywhere.
Following a discussion about some Swarovski items in the Board many years ago, I emailed them and asked if their products were made of glass or some form of specialised paste. They replied by sending me the standard sales blurb. ;D

Well, I've learned that Austria is in this bit.
That's me done for the day. My one thing learned. ;D
Kev, I'm pretty sure they do use crystal. Up until last november, I still had a cat thing i was given when I was a child. It had white metal whiskers and tail, stuck on with glue, the ears were crystal and also glued on.
