Title: Green mouth blown vase with applied brown lace like decor

Hello, would you be able to tell me where this vase comes from? Germany? Poland?
Found in Finland, so wouldn't know if it was even Sovjet Union... I believe not from Finland anyway.

Height 24cm, mouth blown green, applied brown lace like decor in the lower part.
A lot of ware in the base => 60s/70s ?

Anyone seen anything alike or have any thoughts, please? Where should you suggest I search? Could it be Czech?

Hi, It reminds me a little of the vases by Frantisek Vizner at Skrdlovice. Might be an avenue worth pursuing.

Thank you for the comment nick.a.  I get your point there's a lot of that style but still maybe not quite. I am still hoping someone would have even seen something alike.
