Title: ID help please - white hand blown twist stem goblet

Item is signed but I cannot make it out.

Possibly the second line says 'murano'.

Small pontil in center of base. 

10 inches tall.

Weight 7 ozs.

Is it signed under or on top of the foot?
Is the "rim" of the foot folded under itself?
Or is it folded up, over it?

I wondered if using a black pencil lead over the marks would help to bring them up a bit better?

Does it have any "fire" inside the glass, when you hold it up to bright light?

Sue, thanks for trying to help.

I rubbed the signature with a green hi lighter, no pencils to be found. 

Does not seem to be typical milk glass with a ring of fire.  See last image.
