Title: Millefiori paperweight, interlaced garlands - antique? Baccarat?

Unfortunately the dome is heavily scratched (and the pics make it look even worse), but still a nice paperweight with very detailed canes.
Diameter 7.5 cm, height 5.5 cm, quite heavy at 600g.
Dished base, narrow stand ring with heavy wear.
I would think antique. And Baccarat. But I am open to correction ;)
