Title: Basic Vase looks to be hand blown?

I loved the color of this vase, and I'm wondering if it has any value?  It looks to be hand blown, as you can feel the swirls of glass inside and it has a dimple along the edge.  No seams.

The colours look very Japanese to me. There is a Japanese Facebook group if you belong to FB
