Hi all,
This vase is beautifully made and heavy (770g)
There is an initial, mark? to the base.
Every edge is highly polished.
It is rectangular and the dimensions are:
170mm high x 47mm deep (at the top) tapering to 37mm (at the base) x 90mm wide (at the top) tapering to 67mm (at the base)
Does anyone have an idea as to who made it and what is the engraved mark on the base (which may be upside down ??? )
TIA
Della

With super quality always worth considering Nuutajärvi, how about this vase:

Could that engraved mark be a K? Robbo is good on Nuutajärvi.

Hi John,
Sorry for the delay, I am now on NEW computer no.2 in as many weeks ???
The height is perfect for the vase you've shown, the only difference being the thickness in the wall of the glass and lack of full signature. I would not like to say if it is a 'K' or not, it is that tiny. It could be the beginnings of one, but whoever stopped as there is one tiny stray bubble in the clear glass, thus making the vase 'imperfect.'
