I found this glass this morning, and i love it but i would like to know more about it. Do you ever see that glass ?

Looks like Pulegoso or Bollicine type glass. These types of bubbled glass were popular from the twenties to the fifties and were made in Murano and in what was then Czechoslovakia. The technique has also been used elsewhere: recently in both Mexico and Egypt for low cost tourist type wares. It's also been used by studio makers which I suspect yours is given the incised mark. I think it will be hard to pin yours down given the popularity of the technique. I hope someone will recognize the signature as I think that's the only way you're likely to get a positive ID.
