Title: Large Thread Vase ID?? UV reactive

Hi, I have a lovely large vase here & no idea what it is. It is very well made & the lime green clear glass has white glass drizzled over it - in a bubble like way - it is not just lying on the surface but also imprints into the green a bit - like it was put on while the green layer was soft/still molten. The white glows under UV! 34 cms tall. help please ;-)
