Title: is it Scottish?

I bought this one at a flea market this weekend in the South of France.
I was among crappy Murano paperweights, but I feel that this one is not Murano.
It is Scottish? Which maker/period?

Hi.  Not Scottish.  I am fairly sure it is a Thuringian piece - maybe from Lauscha.
