Can anyone help me identify this vase it's 27" tall

Fairly contemporary Chinese.  :)
Recently, work from China is becoming better finished off, but this sort of base finish, in conjunction with the bright colours and large size, is absolutely typical of the work preceeding the improvements.

It is big, bright and cheerful, you can use it happily without worrying too much about it. ;D
