Title: please help to identify signed bowl - ID = Jaakko Niemi for Nuutajarvi Notsjo

Hi, I recently opened a box which has been in storage, and found this bowl, can anyone identify the maker?  I have attached pics, and think it may be Finnish or Dutch.
